We are pleased to announce that as of September 12th, 2016, Keystone Bank will be fully merged with River Bank & Trust. Please review the information below for reminders about important service transition dates.

Debit Card Holder Information:
Your new River Bank & Trust VISA Check Card will arrive on August 29th or later. Your new PIN should arrive 3-5 days after your card is received. Activate your new Visa Check Card AFTER 10:00 PM on Sunday, September 11th using the instructions enclosed with the card. Do not destroy your Keystone Debit Card before September 12th. Please remember to update any auto payments associated with your Debit Card.

Special Statement Generated:
Due to an upgrade to our core banking system, all Checking and Savings Customers will have a statement generated on September 11th. No monthly service charges will be assessed for these statements. Interest bearing accounts will be credited with accrued interest through September 11th. The accrued interest for the remainder of September will be credited at the end of your next normal statement cycle. After this one-time event, you may expect your statement at the normal time.

New Online Banking & Mobile App Launch!
On Tuesday, September 13th, 2016, we will be launching our new and improved Online Banking and Mobile App. The new system will enhance your online banking experience while offering advanced security features to help protect your information. We are committed to making this a smooth transition for you, our valued customer. Please review the checklist below for complete instructions. If you need assistance during normal business hours, please contact your favorite River Bank location for assistance. If you need help after normal business hours, you may contact us at customersupport@river.bank and we will do our best to assist you in a timely manner. On launch day (9.13.16), be sure to:

____ Have access / login instructions for our new site available. INSTRUCTIONS

____ Once logged into the new Online Banking, review your accounts to verify that they are correct. Please report any discrepancies.

____ Once logged into the new Online Banking, click the Statements tab. Follow the instructions to re-register as a “New User” for E-statements. INSTRUCTIONS

____ If applicable, uninstall your existing River Bank Mobile App.

____ Install new River Bank Mobile App (from applicable store).

____ If applicable, review your bill payees. Please report any discrepancies. Note: You now have the option to enter the due date of the bill, and we will calculate the pay date.
